Think Skinny… Not Fat.

Hey Guys!

Mike Chang here with the Six Pack Shortcuts! In this article I want to show you guys how to overcome the biggest hater on you achieving your goals… Yourself.  Just reading this post I know you are interested into getting into better shape. That being said Im also pretty positive that this isn’t the first fitness blog, article, or video you have seen or read. So the question is, if you have a pretty good idea of what needs to be done… or at least what you shouldn’t do… why do you not yet have the fitness model body of your dreams? The answer is simple… Look inward and see what you can do better.

Building a habit

Its safe to say that if you are like many of my clients who have completely neglected their bodies and fitness for years and years, its not just going to take a snap of your finger to not only get your body back, but also enjoy working out.

I know all of you know that if you don’t workout consistently you will not see results, but did you know that it takes 21 days to build a habit? Just 21 days!!! So just push yourself through those first 21 days and it will become a lot easier.

I cant tell you how many times I have started and stopped a workout routine within the first 21 days. So don’t get discouraged if this topic hits you close to home. You can still achieve the body of your dreams. Check out this free video that will tell you exactly what you need to do to get a body like a fitness model.

Do it. Don’t Think it.

I am a firm believer that you can think yourself in or out of anything. It’s the Law Of Attraction. However, thinking isn’t going to get you the body you have always wanted. You have to take actions steps… in other words, WORKOUT!!!

Sometimes it helps to schedule a part of your day and dedicate it to fitness. For example, the first thing I do every morning is cook my self some egg whites and oatmeal. After that I set aside the next 45 minutes of my day to either workout, prepare meals for the week, or do some HIIT cardio workouts like the M100s.

This way I get all my fitness stuff out of the way before I even start my day. When I first started doing this I wasn’t excited about waking up an hour earlier, but after the first day it really wasn’t ever an issue again. Quickly I found that working out in the morning actually gave me more energy throughout the day.

I challenge you to give it a shot, for just 21 days and I bet the bank you feel healthier, happier, and are well on your way to achieving the body of your dreams. Here’s a free video you can watch that will help you get started!

Know you can do it.

Remind yourself daily that you can reach your goals. Other people encouraging you is one thing, but if you commit to yourself, your encouragement is really all you need.

You have to believe in yourself, and convince yourself to do the right things. You should be your biggest motivator and the first person to tell yourself “Job well done.” As silly as this may seem its really crucial to your success.

Temptation will be there. There will be days that you just don’t want to do anything, but if you make the commitment to yourself and continue to push yourself towards your goals nothing and nobody will be able to stop you!

Wrap up

In conclusion guys everyone’s different… but I don’t care who you are, you can find a time and place in your day to focus on yourself and achieve your fitness goals. Take and 21 day challenge and Train Hard!
