Hey guys, today we are going to be using your balls to workout……If you don’t have any balls, you should go get some…haha, just kidding. But these workouts using a exercise ball is really good for you core and the Ball Burpees are killer!
Ball Taps – this exercise is great for cardio and also for cordination, you can use pretty much any object to tap your foot to if you don’t have a ball.
Ball Slams – this one is one my favorite bc its so fun to do! Its works your entire core, arms, shoulders, back…plus its great to relieve stress! Its like hitting a punching bag if your stressed except your slamming a ball into the ground as hard as you can and you won’t have bruised knuckles!
Ball Burpees – Just like regular burpees, except doing it on a ball makes it more challenging bc you work your core more bc the ball is unstable causing you to tighten more on your midsection…which means sexier abs!
