<p>It’s Lindsay with Insane Home Fatloss here.  I want to share three tricks that will keep your belly nice and flat.  The tricks will also help you avoid being bloated!  Nothing worse than feeling like a balloon right? Right.</p>
<p>I hated when I felt like there is a bunch of stuff in my stomach and felt like I just ate.  It is an uncomfortable feeling that made me feel self conscious.  I didn’t know that there were tricks to avoid being bloated&#8230; especially before the pool, or I would have never done those things!</p>
<p dir="ltr">Here is how you stop bloating:</p>
<p>1) Relax and Chill Out.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Kick your feet up and take a chill pill or have some Vodka, because you deserve it&#8230; Joke.</p>
<p dir="ltr">But really, kick that stress and anxiety to the curb, because it will bloat you up like a pufferfish.</p>

<p dir="ltr">Quick tips to relax:</p>
<p dir="ltr">     a) Get a good stretch in</p>
<p dir="ltr">     b) Focus on your breathing</p>
<p dir="ltr">     c) Visualize a calming image</p>
<p>2) Keep water handy.</p>
<p dir="ltr">A lot of people think that water will make them bloated, but in reality it will keep your body looking lean&#8230; remember we are mostly water.</p>
<p dir="ltr">- I always have a plastic water bottle with me, my good friend Mike Chang at sixpackshortcuts.com likes to use a gallon of water</p>
<p>3) Avoid salt and sodium.</p>
<p dir="ltr">It is going to act kinda like a sponge, so it is fine to spice your food of course, but just take it easy on the salt.</p>
<p dir="ltr">- Spice your food with black pepper, red pepper or something like mustard.</p>
<p>Now that you know how easy it is to have a flat belly, you have a body to show off so next time you head to the pool:</p>
<p>- Keep the salt intake to a minimum</p>
<p>- Bring a bottle of water or a gallon of water</p>
<p>- Kick your feet up and enjoy the sun, because it is time to relax</p>

<p>Life is so busy and hectic, so losing belly fat should be easy and quick.  I wasted a lot of time concentrating on the wrong things when I really should have been concentrating on what really works.  You get to benefit from my mistakes and lose belly fat the right way.</p>
<p>1) Eat a quick breakfast.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Your body needs food in the morning because your blood sugar is low.  You need to keep your Insulin levels steady, so you don’t crave bad foods.</p>
<p>I make it the night before, so all I have to do is put it in the microwave when I wake up.  One of the meals i make is a few egg whites, some ground turkey, bananas and strawberries.  I wouldn’t warm the bananas and strawberries up with the rest of the food though, unless you can’t spare an extra second to open another tupperware.  This is going to stop you from binge eating, so even if you’re not hungry&#8230; just eat what you can, and it’ll get easier.</p>
<p>2) Eat the Magic Weight loss fruit.</p>

A twelve week study recently showed an average weight loss of 3.5 pounds per person, without a change in their diet.  That is ridiculous!  The secret fat blaster in the grapefruit is called naringin.  An great idea is to use it as a pre-workout, with a cup of coffee!</p>
<p>3) Water, Water, Water will set the toxins free.</p>
<p>A study done by the Oakland Research Institute <a href="http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18787524">(http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18787524</a>) showed that water not only a boosts your metabolism, but it flushes the waste out as well.</p>
<p>I always have a gallon of water with me, but if you can’t carry one of those around make sure you are getting about 64 ounces of water a day.  You can use a refillable water bottle, too.  The best way to keep track is drink about 2 cups of water each meal to ensure you are nice and hydrated.</p>
<p>Now that you know these quick and easy tips to losing belly fat, I want you to get rid of it ASAP!</p>
<p>Here is how you are going to do it:</p>
<p>- If you are home&#8230; go prepare tomorrow&#8217;s breakfast right now.  Make 3 egg whites, with two whole eggs, and put that in a tupperware in your fridge.  Cut your grapefruit in half, so it is ready to go in the morning.</p>
<p dir="ltr">- Heat up the meal the next morning and eat it.  Eat your grapefruit while your food is heating up, so you get in a routine.</p>
<p dir="ltr">- The next week, mix and match different protein, complex carbs (like oatmeal!) and your grapefruit.  Don’t stop doing it after a week of course!</p>

<p>-Helps with brain functions<br />
-Helps with metabolizing other fats<br />
-Insulate and protects your organs.<br />
-Helps your joints stay lubricated and functional.</p>
<p>0:55 Types of good fats: Polyunsaturated and Monounsaturated fats are all good fats that can help benefit the body. You can find these fat from nuts, certain kinds of cooking oils. You can also find these good fats in salmons, chicken and other great sources of proteins.</p>
<p>1:56 Bad fats can come from beef, corn oils and other fatty meats.</p>
<p>**Tips to stay away from bad fats are:</p>
<p>2:16 When eating meats, try to stick to the leaner cuts such as filets or sirloins. Also try to stick to low or fat free dairy products like milk and cheeses.</p>
<p>2:43 Substitute bad sources of fat such as butter with coconut oils or just stay away form any types of fried foods.</p>
