About Insane Home Fat Loss
Insane Home Loss is designed to help you burn your belly fat and get a lean, toned beach body. It consists of eight short (but INTENSE) home fat loss workouts. You can do all the workouts at home, with NO EQUIPMENT REQUIRED besides a small workout towel.
In the Insane Home Fat Loss workouts, you'll be doing all the workouts along with me on the videos. That means you won't have to spend any time watching boring instructional videos or learning complex exercises. You just have to play the video, and you can start doing the workout right away.

But what you may not have known is... just seven years ago I used to be FAT and out of shape. I tried everything to lose my belly fat and to get the ripped body and abs that I wanted... but nothing seemed to work for me.
